This is the last blog :C yes, is sad.

So on today's blog I'm gonna tell you my experience on this funny work.

The experience was completely new for me, i had never do a classwork like this, the classwork were always worksheets or book's exercises, but now it was very different and I really like it, because i write about various themes that i like, i traveled around many memories and i remembered many things of my younger days and also i could know new people and new things of my classmates too. it was so interesting, funny and different from the others classes.

I feel i improve a lot on my writing level, with the time, i have been writing my ideas faster then the start of the classes, i felt it blog to blog and it's amazing.

I think blog activities is a great method to improve the writing, is easier to pass all the ideas in the head to a sheet.

 

I would like blog activities doesn't be just an writing exercise, i think, an speaking item should be added.

Maybe, it would be a short video, like an Instagram story, or a video doing something of what we talk in the blog, something like that to complement the blog.

This way, we would have a funny activity who asses writing and a little of speaking. also this would add a touch of humor and closeness to the classmates.

I would have liked to write about my favorites football teams, my best vacations or maybe a movie review, also write about social and political themes happened recently in Chile.

But this is the end :C

My favorites bands and singerssss!

Hi guys!

I hope are all well, today I'm going to talk about my favorite bands and singers!!

In all my life, i went through many different music styles. When i was a kid, I really liked rock music, I listened a lot of Guns N' Roses with my dad. I liked to play the guitar and I wanted to be like Slash XD.

But with the past of the years, i turned to like more pop punk and punk rock music. I listened a lot Blink 182, Sum41, Pennywise, The Offspring and Misfits.

But my favorite band was Green Day, I really love them, because their music made me feel so happy and motivated, I loved the energy they transmitted to me and their lyrics reached me to the most deep of my heart.

Green Day are from Oakland, California. They started to play around the 90's and they had 13 albums and my favorites are "Dookie" (1994) "Nimrod" (1997) "American Idiot" (2004) and "21st century breakdown" (2009), It's really hard to choose my favorite song, but I think is "Basket Case" from Dookie.

I went to their concert on 2017, in Santiago, It was incredible, I jumped, singed and cried a lot hahaXD, it was one of my favorites days of my life.

But in 2018 i started to listen Trap and Reggaeton, because i felt so alone with my taste :C all my friends listened to it, but it ended to like me a lot.

My Favorite singers from Latin America are Daddy Yankee and Bad Bunny and my favorites singers from USA are Travis Scott, Gunna, Lil baby and Young thug.

An Expert of making hits

Hiii everyone, i hope you are well!!! :) :)

In this blog, I'm going to write about a person that i admire a lot inside the music industry.

He is Leland Tyler Wayne or better known as Metro Boomin, Metro is an American music producer, from Georgia, Atlanta. He has 26 years old, and is considerate one of the most popular "hit maker" in the rap/trap industry.

Metro has had an incredible career, he started to produce hip hop when he was at secondary school, and  from that moment on he never stop shining with his creations and until now he has a lot of productions and collaborations with top 10 hip hop artist, like Drake, Future, 21 Savage, Gucci man, Travis Scott and many more.

I like the way Metro boomin create and produce his music, because he creates crazy atmospheres, sounds and feelings inside his beats, he transmit a lot of energy on his songs with his unique rhythms and melodies, for me is one of the best producer in the last time, i really want to became like him, because he is an absolute "hit maker" and i want to be one of them, here in Chile.

hi everyone, i hope you are all well! today i’m going to talk about this photo that i 

love so much!<3

My girlfriend took this photo of us like two weeks ago, her name is Daniela and she 

is the most beautiful person in the world<33 we were in her house, on the bathroom 

dyeing her hair.

That day of the photo, we were having a boring quarantine day, without some 

interesting thing to do….. until my girlfriend had the idea of dyed her hair.

So, we went to a shop near the house and we bought an hair dye, then when we 

were walking to the house she said me: “well, now you have to dye me”, my face 

wasn’t the best ahahah and i got so nervous because i had never dyed someone 

in my life and her hair is so pretty, so i was afraid it would look bad.

But it didn’t happen, fortunately, and when i was finishing, she grab my phone and 

took this lovely photo. 

I loved it because she looks so cute with her buns!!<3

Why did i choose my carrier?

In this blog I'm going to talk about how i became to study sound engineering.

I remember when i was a kid, i wanted to be an architect, i draw very well and i liked so much the think of assemble and build things, i played with my Legos all the day, i had a lot o pieces!

I continued with this idea until 7th grade, here i started to like too much math classes, i loved learn new things and resolved exercises, i had good grades, so i thougth to study civil engineering.

I was on 3th grade of secondary school and i was sure that i wanted to study civil engineering, but when i was on 4th grade, it stopped to convince me, actually, there was nothing who convinced me at all, i didn´t know what i would study :c.

The 'psu' test was getting closer, it produced me a lot of anxiety and i was so stressed, so i started to distract me on my hobbies, they were play the guitar and listen music.

One day i discovered a new world inside the music, it was make instrumental tracks so i started to learn a lot about that.

I downloaded some programs on my PC and i started to create my first beats!!!

I was fascinated of that, i passed hours and hours creating music, with the time, i wanted to have a studio recording, i loved the think of produced my own songs, so it was here where i decided what i wanted to be and what i wanted for my future.

So i decided to enter to the sound engineering carrier in the Universidad de Chile, i really loved the carrier, all the classes are very interesting, is just what i wanted!!!  I'm so excited to keep studying it.

At the time, i'm working in a studio, making beats, recording and mixing songs, definitely, its makes me really happy!! i loved it!!.

I don't see me doing other things, i want to stay inside the studio, thinking ideas and making music, i want to keep doing it for a long time!

My dream is to be a famous producer and have a record label to work and help underground and talent artists and to make a lot of music and distribute it easily.

A LITTLE OF ME.

Hi everyone! 

Welcome to my first blog!

My name is Nicolás Aravena Sanchez, i was born on July 7th of 2000 in Santiago, Chile.

I have lived all my life in Santiago Centro with my parents and my little brother.

I studied in a primary school called 'Francisco Andres Olea' this was relatively near to my house, it takes me about 10 minutes in bus to get there. There was funny years on this school, i had two big friends, Cristobal and Vicente, they were so cool! now we don´t have the relationship of these years but we still having contact. I remember that after school, we always played football or PlayStation in Vicente's house.

On 7th grade, i changed to a secondary school called ' Instituto Nacional '. Here i met all of my best friends, or how i called them 'My bros'. There was incredible years at this school, It was a little hard but i studied regularly on the week (not too much) but the necessary too pass it.

I do a lot of things on this school, one of the most important was make a punk rock band with my friends, we called it 'Jauria' and i was the drummer. We played in many schools, a lot of people followed us, every time that we played, the public freaked out!.

Here was born my passion to music, i learned to play the guitar very well, it is my favorite instrument!! I listened a lot of pop punk music, my favorite band was Green day, i really loved them, specially Billie Joe Armstrong, who is the singer. I remember when i went to their concert in 2017, i was so excited, the concert was incredible!!.

But with the pass of the years my musical tastes changes, now i listen more urban music, like trap or reggaeton. My favorites trap singers are Travis Scott from USA and Pablo Chill-E and Polimá Westcoast from Chile.

This passion to music woke me up an interest to make my own music, so i decided to set up an home studio in my house, it is incredible, not an expensive recording studio, but it have the necessary to make fire songs!.

On 2019 I entered to ' Universidad de Chile' to the sound engineer carrier to professionalize my producer´s job.

I'm so happy now studying and working on my passion, who is the music, i want to become a famous producer and leave a legacy on the Chilean music.

That's a tittle of me and my life! , it's the first time that i write a blog, i know that is not good at all but it will be better next time XD.
